After our discovery call, you can secure your first slot through the ‘Services’ tab. I will then share a brief intake form to better understand your needs. In our first meeting, we will define your goals together.
A Note for Beginners: If this is your first time in therapy, I recommend a minimum of three sessions to truly experience how my approach resonates with you.
In this space, we explore your emotional landscape and identify patterns that may no longer serve you. My role is to provide validation and deep processing, helping you rediscover and create the version of yourself you desire. It is a collaborative, active, and transformative journey.
For those who value quantifiable growth, we can set specific parameters to track your progress. Over time, you may notice a “ripple effect”: improved emotional regulation, clearer thought patterns, and healthier relationships as you move closer to your authentic self.
Realistically, growth isn’t always comfortable. Some sessions may feel “heavy” as we navigate difficult emotions or conversations. Please know that I will stand by you through these challenging moments, supporting you as you move through the storm toward calmer, greener pastures.

Yes. All sessions are 100% confidential and conducted in line with professional ethics and telehealth guidelines. No personal details or session content is shared without your written consent—except in cases of risk to life or legal obligations, which will be discussed transparently.
Yes. Therapy is available online for clients across India and abroad. Time zones are accommodated, and all sessions comply with ethical standards of virtual mental health care.
What is the duration and format of each session?
Each session runs for 50 to 60 minutes and takes place over a secure video platform. The frequency (weekly/bi-weekly) and number of sessions are customized depending on your needs and comfort. Short-term or long-term therapy options are available.
How do I book and pay for sessions?
All services are booked through the TealFeed Booking Page, where you can directly select your slot and make payment via UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and other online modes.
After booking, you'll receive WhatsApp and email confirmations + reminders automatically.
Sessions can be rescheduled only with prior notice and therapist approval. Refunds are considered only under exceptional circumstances and at the therapist’s discretion. Please respect the time commitment and plan your appointments accordingly.
